Greetings! We just wanted to send you a reminder that as of February 1, 2026, the servicing of your home loan (the collection of loan payments) has been transferred to RANLife Home Loans. You likely have some questions so please find below some important information regarding this transfer.
Who do I make my February 1st payment to?
You will pay RANLife Home Loans. Send payments to RANLife Home Loans, P.O. Box 650094, Dallas, TX 75265-0094
How do I contact RANLife Home Loans?
You can call at 1-877-845-2854 (Monday – Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm ET, Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm ET) or on the web at ranlife.servicingdivision.com.
Will my payment change?
No! The terms of your loan will not change as a result of this transfer. Your interest rate and monthly payment amount will remain the same. Should your taxes or insurance change as a result of increased tax assessments or insurance premium changes, RANLife will notify you of that if/when it occurs.
What if I paid Advisors my February payment in January?
No worries! We processed your payment and credited your account. All your loan records are being transferred to RANLife Home Loans.
What if I have auto payments set up?
If you had an auto payment set up, this service will be discontinued. The last day Advisors Mortgage will accept online payments is January 29th, 2026. You will need to contact RANLife at 1-877-845-2854 or at ranlife.servicingdivision.com to set up new drafting arrangements. If we receive any checks from your bank, we will forward them on to RANLife on your behalf.
Will my loan records be transferred to RANLife Home Loans?
Absolutely! All your loan records are being transferred but due to the amount of data, your online account will likely not be available until up to 15 days from the date of transfer.
Will RANLife continue to pay my taxes and insurance like Advisors did?
Yes, if your taxes and insurance were escrowed with Advisors, RANLife will continue to collect the same escrowed items as part of your monthly payment and disburse funds on your behalf. This includes all taxes, homeowners' insurance, flood insurance, and mortgage insurance.
Can I create an account online? What is RANLife's website?
Yes, you can at ranlife.servicingdivision.com, but note all of your records will not be up and running on their system until up to 15 days from the date of transfer.
What if my payment is late to RANLife?
Banking regulations do not permit payments to be marked late in the first 60 days after a loan servicing transfer takes place. Note, that doesn't mean you do not need to make your loan payment; it just means that you cannot be reported as late in the first 60 days after a loan is transferred.
When will I hear from RANLife?
You can expect to hear from RANLife within 15 days of the transfer date with a welcome package that will be mailed to you.
What about my year-end tax statement?
For the year 2026, you will receive two year-end statements. One from Advisors Mortgage reflecting payments received through the transfer date, and another from RANLife reflecting payments received after the date of transfer.
Can I still call Advisors?
100%! The collection of your loan payments is now being handled by RANLife Home Loans, BUT we will be here during and after your loan transfer.
