Advisors Mortgage Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Mortgage Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a long-term career in the mortgage and financial services industry. No mortgage experience is required—we're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Team members are expected to work from our Ocean Township office Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks throughout the mortgage loan process.
- Review and organize loan documentation.
- Enter and update information in company systems with accuracy.
- Communicate with internal departments to help ensure loans move efficiently through the process.
- Maintain electronic files and documentation.
- Provide general support to Operations, Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams as needed.
- Complete additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Previous office, customer service, banking, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
