With respect to properties that could benefit from a Renovation Loan, I have mastered this genre of financing to give myself an edge compared to many of my peers.  Many lenders either do not offer 203K or Homestyle Renovation loans or you will find that just few lenders/loan officers are actually highly competent in terms of how to handle these loan products as genuine experts given the intricate details associated with them.  Renovation loans can be a terrific solution on an “as-is” sale and a true “win-win” transaction for both buyers and sellers in this environment.
