Cassia Roxas is an accomplished Senior Loan Originator and Business Development Professional with nearly 12
years of experience in Mortgage Lending, Real Estate, and Marketing. Throughout her career, Cassia has been able
to assist her clients in securing competitive financing for primary, vacation, and investment property purchases.
She has also excelled at helping her clients refinance their existing homes to lower payments, pay off or pay
down debt, and ultimately improve their overall financial standing.
The key to her success is taking the time to get to know her clients on a personal level to better help them with
proper financing tailored to their individual financial goals. Cassia works with clients ranging from first-time
home buyers and existing homeowners to small and large businesses, as well as government agencies, to help
correctly identify the mortgage products to suit their needs.
Professional Achievements & Community Involvement
Cassia prides herself on her ability to relate to people on both a business and personal level. She has leveraged
her experience to build lifetime relationships while also utilizing these skills in passion projects within
the non-profit world.
She is a founding member of the Toms River LeTip, serving as President of the Chapter, and
The Shore Business Professionals Group, where she chairs the Mortgage and Business Development
Committees. Her efforts at Toms River were recognized on a national level in 2018 as one of the fastest-growing
chapters that year.
Cassia has also served on the Fulfill Gala Committee and has volunteered her time with
ASPCA, Ocean’s Harbor House, Coats for a Cause, and as President on the Board of Directors
for Dottie’s House. Her efforts extend to organizations supporting Veterans, Animals, and
Women & Children in need.
Personal Life & Interests
In her free time, you will often find Cassia on stage as a musician and singer at various local venues
throughout NJ and FL. Born in Jersey City, NJ, Cassia has been a lifelong resident of Toms River, alternating
between home and her second home in Bradenton, FL.
She enjoys spending time with her four beautiful stepchildren, her husband Peter T. Seems, Jr.,
and the truest love of her life – her dog Ziggy Stardust!
