About John Epifanio
I have been involved with real estate in many aspects since 1994 as either a licensed mortgage loan officer, licensed real estate agent or real estate investor. I graduated Cum Laude from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1989 from the Fox Business School with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Law. I then went on to complete post graduate business coursework in Accounting at Drexel University in Philadelphia. My experience in all the major residential mortgage financing options (both purchases and refinances) including FHA, Conventional, USDA, VA and Reverse mortgage products enable me to help people in all different stages in their lives. I live near Atlantic City, NJ with my wife and son and love to boat, golf, smoke cigars and hang out with the family.
