Esto fue un aumento de 2,61 TP3T en el \u00faltimo informe y el crecimiento m\u00e1s fuerte registrado en los \u00faltimos diez meses. Seg\u00fan CoreLogic, Nueva York, Nueva York lider\u00f3 los EE. UU. en aumentos anuales de alquiler en febrero con 6,91 TP3T. Miami, Florida y Austin, Texas, experimentaron ca\u00eddas. \u201cEl crecimiento del alquiler unifamiliar recuper\u00f3 fuerza en febrero, registrando la mayor apreciaci\u00f3n anual desde abril de 2023\u201d, dijo Molly Boesel, economista principal de CoreLogic. &quot;El crecimiento mensual de los alquileres tambi\u00e9n repunt\u00f3 en febrero y fue superior al que se registra habitualmente en los meses de invierno&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Como sabemos, Case Shiller mostr\u00f3 recientemente una apreciaci\u00f3n interanual de la vivienda de 6% y los pron\u00f3sticos de CoreLogic muestran una apreciaci\u00f3n de alrededor de 3,1% en el futuro.
