UU. correspondiente al mes de febrero. Mostr\u00f3 que los precios de las viviendas aumentaron 0,71 TP3T durante el mes despu\u00e9s de caer 0,11 TP3T en enero. Sin duda, se trataba de una cifra importante. A\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o, CoreLogic inform\u00f3 que los precios de las viviendas ahora han subido 5,51 TP3T, lo que representa una ligera disminuci\u00f3n con respecto a los 5,81 TP3T del informe anterior, pero sigue siendo muy saludable y muestra un mercado inmobiliario resistente. <\/p>\n<p>Curiosamente, existe un patr\u00f3n similar al del a\u00f1o pasado, en el que la apreciaci\u00f3n fue negativa en diciembre y enero, pero luego comenz\u00f3 a aumentar nuevamente en febrero. En el pron\u00f3stico del mercado inmobiliario de CoreLogic, se espera que los precios de las viviendas aumenten 0,41 TP3T de febrero a marzo y 3,11 TP3T de febrero de 2024 a febrero de 2025, lo que supone un aumento con respecto a los 2,61 TP3T de su informe anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque esta apreciaci\u00f3n esperada es menor que la del a\u00f1o anterior, la apreciaci\u00f3n de 3.1% es muy significativa. Por ejemplo, si compr\u00f3 una casa por $400,000 hoy, esa misma casa valdr\u00eda $412,400. Si dio un paso m\u00e1s y puso 20% o $80,000 para conseguir esa casa, \u00a1obtendr\u00e1 un retorno de la inversi\u00f3n de 15.5% en un a\u00f1o!
