En este comunicado vemos que los pagos de las hipotecas con 30 d\u00edas o m\u00e1s de morosidad cayeron de 3,11 TP3T a 2,81 TP3T. Con esta ca\u00edda, la cifra se sit\u00faa ahora en l\u00ednea con la de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n<p>La morosidad grave o m\u00e1s de 90 d\u00edas aument\u00f3 a 1%, pero a\u00fan fue inferior al aumento de 1,2% que vimos el a\u00f1o pasado en enero de 2023. Hubo cuatro \u00e1reas metropolitanas donde la tasa de morosidad grave aument\u00f3. Hubo 32 \u00e1reas metropolitanas donde la Tasa de Morosidad Grave se mantuvo igual. Fueron 348 \u00e1reas metropolitanas donde disminuy\u00f3 la Tasa de Morosidad Grave. <\/p>\n<p>La tasa de inventario de ejecuciones hipotecarias se mantuvo igual que en enero de 2023 en 0,3%, que est\u00e1 apenas por debajo del nivel m\u00e1s bajo registrado.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan CoreLogic, \u201cmedir las tasas de morosidad en las primeras etapas es importante para analizar la salud del mercado hipotecario.
