Este \u00edndice se suma al \u00edndice de precios de viviendas de Case Shiller y al \u00edndice de precios de viviendas de la Agencia Federal de Financiamiento de la Vivienda, que tambi\u00e9n mostraron aumentos a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o. El Case Shiller mostr\u00f3 4.8% y el FHFA mostr\u00f3 6.3%. Al observar los datos mes a mes, CoreLogic inform\u00f3 que los precios de las viviendas aumentaron 0,21 TP3T de octubre a noviembre.  <\/p>\n<p>En el futuro, CoreLogic pronostica que los precios de las viviendas disminuir\u00e1n para el mes de diciembre en 0,21 TP3T y aumentar\u00e1n en 2,51 TP3T durante los doce meses comprendidos entre noviembre de 2023 y noviembre de 2024.
