A\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o la m\u00e9trica cay\u00f3 15.3%. Es evidente que el n\u00famero de ventas de viviendas existentes sigue estando limitado por niveles r\u00e9cord de inventario de viviendas y elevadas tasas hipotecarias.<\/p>\n<p>Los precios medios de las viviendas usadas vendidas en agosto aumentaron 3,9% respecto al a\u00f1o anterior a $407.100. Seg\u00fan NAR, este fue el tercer mes consecutivo en el que el precio medio estuvo por encima de $400k.<\/p>\n<p>Al analizar el inventario de viviendas, este informe mostr\u00f3 que hab\u00eda 1,1 millones de viviendas disponibles, lo que represent\u00f3 una ligera disminuci\u00f3n de 0,91 TP3T con respecto a la cifra reportada anteriormente y una disminuci\u00f3n de 14,11 TP3T con respecto a agosto de 2022. Seg\u00fan el ritmo de ventas versus la cantidad de inventario que hay aproximadamente un suministro de viviendas para 3,3 meses, donde alrededor de 5 es la cantidad normal de meses.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Los precios de las viviendas contin\u00faan subiendo a pesar de las menores ventas de viviendas&quot;, dijo Yun. &quot;La oferta necesita esencialmente duplicarse para moderar el aumento de los precios de las viviendas&quot;.
