En otras palabras, \u00a1dan el sello de aprobaci\u00f3n \u201cfinal\u201d para que el prestamista le apruebe el monto del pr\u00e9stamo que ha solicitado!<\/p>\n<p>En Advisors seguimos la ruta \u201ctradicional\u201d de suscripci\u00f3n. Esto significa que la suscripci\u00f3n se produce despu\u00e9s de que un procesador de pr\u00e9stamos revise y documente completamente el archivo. Nos gusta considerar a los procesadores como \u201cJr. Aseguradores\u201d. Una vez que Underwriting da el sello final de aprobaci\u00f3n, \u00a1el siguiente paso del expediente es el cierre!<\/p>\n<p>Desde la perspectiva de un prestamista, un asegurador ayuda a garantizar que el archivo cumpla con los requisitos y que no haya nada fraudulento. \u2022 Tambi\u00e9n revisan el archivo para asegurarse de que sigue las pautas de Fannie Mae o Freddie Mac para verificar que el prestatario sea elegible para el monto del pr\u00e9stamo que solicit\u00f3. \u2022 Si el pr\u00e9stamo que se est\u00e1 revisando es un pr\u00e9stamo no conforme o \u201cjumbo\u201d, entonces el asegurador comparar\u00e1 el pr\u00e9stamo con las pautas del inversionista jumbo, que pueden variar de un inversionista a otro. Desde la perspectiva de una Universidad de Washington, cuando emiten un CTC sobre un pr\u00e9stamo, su nombre permanece en \u00e9l durante la vigencia del pr\u00e9stamo.
