Este informe mostr\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n de 2.5% en junio a un ritmo anualizado de 697,000. Esto viene de un aumento muy fuerte en mayo y las ventas siguen aumentando en los \u00faltimos meses. Las ventas ahora han aumentado 24% a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>A finales de junio hab\u00eda 432.000 viviendas nuevas a la venta. Al ritmo actual de ventas, hubo un suministro de 7,4 meses, que super\u00f3 los 7,21 TP3T. Mirando m\u00e1s a fondo el informe, solo se completaron 72,000 casas nuevas. Al observar el ritmo de las ventas frente a las viviendas que se completaron (oferta lista para mudarse), solo hay una oferta para 1,2 meses.  <\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, dentro del informe, se mostr\u00f3 mucha demanda. Los constructores est\u00e1n vendiendo casas que a\u00fan no est\u00e1n construidas. \u00a1164.000 de las viviendas vendidas ni siquiera han comenzado a construirse!<br \/>\nOtro informe de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Agentes Inmobiliarios que se public\u00f3 fue su Informe de ventas pendientes de viviendas. Este informe mide los contratos firmados en viviendas existentes. Mostr\u00f3 un aumento de 0.3% en junio, que fue m\u00e1s fuerte que las estimaciones de una disminuci\u00f3n de 0.5%. Las ventas han bajado 16% a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o, lo que est\u00e1 directamente relacionado con la falta de inventario y no con la falta de demanda. Adem\u00e1s, los nuevos listados han bajado 26% desde el a\u00f1o pasado, lo que no ayuda a la imagen del inventario.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo revisado, ciertamente hay una falta de inventario. La falta de inventario combinada con altos niveles de demanda respalda la aceleraci\u00f3n del precio de la vivienda. Los precios de las viviendas alcanzaron su punto m\u00e1ximo en junio, tocaron fondo en diciembre y desde enero se han vuelto a acelerar y ahora contin\u00faan aumentando.
