Este informe llega despu\u00e9s de un s\u00f3lido informe en febrero que fue revisado a\u00fan m\u00e1s alto. Cuando comparamos el informe de hoy con la revisi\u00f3n de febrero, las ventas solo bajaron 1.3%. Las ventas a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o cayeron 22%.  <\/p>\n<p>Los niveles de inventario son extremadamente ajustados. Solo hay 980,000 viviendas existentes a la venta en todo el pa\u00eds. El suministro mensual tambi\u00e9n es muy ajustado, con solo un suministro de viviendas para 2,6 meses. En un mercado normal, hay suministro para 4,6 meses. Sin embargo, una vez m\u00e1s, cuando miramos las listas activas, solo hay 563,000 casas disponibles para comprar. \u00a1Esto significa que aproximadamente 40% de viviendas incluidas en el inventario existente est\u00e1n bajo contrato!<\/p>\n<p>El precio medio de la vivienda subi\u00f3 2,2% con respecto al mes anterior, llegando a $375.700, pero baj\u00f3 0,9% a\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o. Es importante tener en cuenta que el precio medio de la vivienda no es indicativo de apreciaci\u00f3n. El precio medio de la vivienda es la \u201cvivienda de precio medio\u201d. Entonces, cuando vea que se venden m\u00e1s casas de menor precio, ver\u00e1 que el precio promedio de la casa cae. Es evidente que el mercado de la vivienda todav\u00eda est\u00e1 muy buscado y los niveles de inventario son bajos a primera vista, pero son a\u00fan m\u00e1s bajos cuando se mira m\u00e1s a fondo el informe cuando se miran las casas que realmente est\u00e1n a la venta.
