Esto definitivamente est\u00e1 muy lejos de ser una burbuja inmobiliaria. <\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la Agencia Federal de Financiamiento de la Vivienda (FHFA) public\u00f3 su \u00edndice de precios de la vivienda, que mide la apreciaci\u00f3n del precio de la vivienda en viviendas unifamiliares con montos de pr\u00e9stamo conformes. Esto es un poco diferente de Case Shiller, ya que no incluye compradores en efectivo ni pr\u00e9stamos jumbo. Este informe mostr\u00f3 que los precios aumentaron en 0.2% en enero. Una vez m\u00e1s, Case Shiller tambi\u00e9n incluye compradores en efectivo. Es probable que se ofrezcan descuentos en efectivo y, en estas transacciones, los compradores que pagan en efectivo generalmente pueden obtener un precio m\u00e1s bajo.
