Sin embargo, hubo una revisi\u00f3n positiva del informe de septiembre. Cuando tomamos en cuenta esa revisi\u00f3n de la cifra informada originalmente, las ventas de viviendas pendientes en realidad solo bajaron 3%. A\u00f1o tras a\u00f1o, las ventas ahora han bajado 37%. Esa lectura tiene en cuenta las tasas de inter\u00e9s m\u00e1ximas. Creemos que las lecturas podr\u00edan mejorar si consideramos que las tasas han bajado m\u00e1s de 0.5% desde entonces y parecen tener el potencial de bajar.<\/p>\n<p>El economista jefe de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Agentes Inmobiliarios, Lawrence Yun, declar\u00f3 que cree que deber\u00edamos comenzar a ver a los compradores regresar al mercado y la actividad deber\u00eda aumentar. Y estamos viendo que la actividad comienza a regresar en las aplicaciones de compra. \u00a1Las solicitudes de compra han aumentado durante las \u00faltimas cuatro semanas seguidas!
