El aumento ampliamente anticipado fue m\u00e1s alto de lo esperado y representa el 5<sup>el <\/sup>incremento consecutivo, y el mayor en 50 a\u00f1os! Actualmente, el l\u00edmite de pr\u00e9stamo de referencia para 2021 para viviendas unifamiliares en la mayor\u00eda de los mercados es $548,250.
