Seg\u00fan la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Agentes Inmobiliarios (NAR), las ventas pendientes de viviendas existentes, medidas por contratos firmados, disminuyeron en 1.9% de mayo a junio. Lo m\u00e1s probable es que esto se deba a que los precios de las viviendas aumentaron 17% en mayo con respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, que fue la mayor ganancia registrada. Lawrence Yun, economista jefe de NAR, afirm\u00f3 que \u201clas ventas pendientes de viviendas han oscilado desde enero, lo que indica un punto de inflexi\u00f3n para el mercado. Los compradores todav\u00eda est\u00e1n interesados y quieren ser due\u00f1os de una casa, pero los precios r\u00e9cord de las casas est\u00e1n causando que algunos retrocedan\u201d.<\/p>\n
