Anualmente, el IPC disminuy\u00f3 en 0,31 TP2T, pero al eliminar los costos de alimentos y energ\u00eda, el n\u00famero del IPC en realidad aument\u00f3 muy levemente en solo 0,11 TP2T<\/p>\n<p>El IPC es un informe que mide la variaci\u00f3n de los precios de los bienes y servicios. Al analizar este n\u00famero, podemos tomar un pico en el nivel de inflaci\u00f3n hasta el nivel del consumidor. El componente energ\u00e9tico cay\u00f3 porque la gasolina baj\u00f3 de precio en 4,2% y la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica aument\u00f3 en 0,4%. La vivienda, que es un componente importante, mostr\u00f3 un aumento de alrededor de 0.3%. Es importante estar atento a los datos de inflaci\u00f3n porque afecta negativamente a las tasas de inter\u00e9s hipotecarias cuando est\u00e1 aumentando.<\/p>\n<p>Hablando de vivienda, es alentador ver que la morosidad hipotecaria en los EE. Esta vez el a\u00f1o pasado fue en 5%.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Con niveles m\u00e1s moderados de inflaci\u00f3n, niveles m\u00e1s bajos de morosidad y apreciaci\u00f3n continua de la vivienda, vemos los ingredientes de un mercado inmobiliario saludable y fuerte.
