Las refinanciaciones aumentaron alrededor de 8% para la semana y 30% desde hace un a\u00f1o. Ambas lecturas son muy favorables ya que provienen de una semana en la que las tasas de inter\u00e9s subieron ligeramente.<\/p>\n<p>Se informaron los datos de ventas de viviendas existentes, que muestran que para el mes de abril se vendieron 5,19 millones de viviendas en todo el pa\u00eds. Esto fue un poco m\u00e1s bajo que el n\u00famero del mes pasado de 5.21 y alrededor de 4.4% m\u00e1s bajo que donde est\u00e1bamos en esta \u00e9poca el a\u00f1o pasado. Al profundizar en este informe, vemos que aunque este n\u00famero es ligeramente inferior, parece que la tendencia est\u00e1 mejorando. Dado que el declive est\u00e1 disminuyendo, este informe en realidad apunta a una tendencia favorable y que se est\u00e1n comenzando a vender m\u00e1s viviendas. Este informe sirve como un buen indicador del mercado inmobiliario, ya que hay m\u00e1s viviendas existentes que viviendas nuevas.<\/p>\n<p>Con tasas hist\u00f3ricamente bajas, fuertes niveles de demanda y pron\u00f3sticos de apreciaci\u00f3n en aumento, estamos viendo mucha fortaleza en el mercado inmobiliario.
