Este \u00edndice tambi\u00e9n extrae informaci\u00f3n de veinte ciudades importantes de todo el pa\u00eds y mostr\u00f3 una apreciaci\u00f3n anual de 2.0%.<\/p>\n<p>CoreLogic tambi\u00e9n ha publicado su informe de apreciaci\u00f3n mensual, que muestra que las viviendas de todo el pa\u00eds se han apreciado en 3,6% desde agosto del a\u00f1o pasado hasta agosto de este a\u00f1o. \u00a1Est\u00e1n pronosticando que las casas se apreciar\u00e1n en la friolera de 5.8% desde agosto de 2019 hasta agosto de 2020!<\/p>\n<p>Es evidente que las casas contin\u00faan apreci\u00e1ndose y agregando capital para aquellos compradores que pudieron ingresar al mercado inmobiliario. Esta apreciaci\u00f3n continua se debe al entorno de tipos de inter\u00e9s bajos, junto con los altos niveles de demanda de los compradores.
